Thank you for purchasing a Groupon Coupon Voucher for Simply Serene Massage. Many of the people who purchased Groupons during the holiday season, which has resulted in receiving an incredibly high volume of calls and emails so I thought I would add a little to the website to hopefully answer some of your questions and concerns.

 I am so excited that the Groupon did well, thanks to you! It is a great way to start off the year. Unfortunately, this also means that I am booking out much further in advance than I usually do to accommodate all of the new clients. As of today, I have already booked out for the next few weeks and am currently booking into June and July. As a reminder, I am a solo practitioner. The Groupon is not available for couples massages and only one person at a time can receive a massage.

 Because of booking out so far in advance, I know many are concerned that their voucher will expire before they can get on the schedule to use it. However, please don't be alarmed. For this reason, I am honoring the full promotional value of all Groupons until 9/30/2017, regardless of when you purchased it so that everyone has a chance to use their Groupon at full value and receive the service that they paid for.

Frequently Asked Questions

 How do I make an appointment? The easiest way to book is by selecting the Groupon 60 or 90 Minute Therapeutic Massage special on the online scheduler. (Please click here to view the online schedule) It will show you all availability in real time, and as soon as your book your appointment, it is confirmed. You will also receive a confirmation email with your appointment information, as well as driving directions and parking instructions for the office and another 24 hours before your appointment time with the same information.

 Alternatively, you can also email me at lcarpenter@massgetherapy.com. Please note that with the increased volume of appointments, I am in appointments all day and into the evening. It may take me up to 24 hours to return emails. Please be as specific as possible when you reach out, so we will not play email tag.  

 What do I do if my Groupon is expired? Just ignore the expiration date, and book your massage package like you normally would. All Groupons are being honored for the full promotional value until 9/30/2017.

 Can my friend and I get massages at the same time? Not at this time. Arrangements can be made for yourself and your friend/family member/spouse to be massaged one after the other, with a short 15-minute break in between. While one person is being worked on, the other can relax in the waiting room and read a book, or visit www.aquaserenewellness.com to book a service with one of our partners located within our collaborative wellness space to have a full spa day.
